Never buy used tires from this company!! I ordered their service in the evening for a roadside tire replacement after one of my tires exploded while I was driving. They came out, installed one new tire, and then offered to install a used tire for half price, claiming the tread was almost new and the tire was just from 2021. I agreed, and they gave me a receipt stating it was a used tire, not a recap tire. That same night, after driving just 150 miles, the tire exploded, ripping off my right fender in the process. I barely managed to make it a couple of miles to a truck stop. The next morning, at the tire shop, when we removed the shredded remains, it turned out the tire was actually a recap. I called the service manager demanding an explanation, and he simply told me they don’t provide any warranty on used tires. Basically, these guys are small-time roadside scammers who don’t care about their company’s reputation — they just mislead people. It’s a shame there will be no proper consequences, because people could have been seriously hurt.

This is the worst place ever. The guy is so rude. I purchased a tire on 3/31. The tire went flat about two weeks late,no nail in the tire just won't hold air. I went back on 4/15 to address the problem. The guy came out yelling at me because I came in the wrong gate.Okay that was my fault. So I pulled out to go through the right gate just to be stop and yelled at again. All I wanted to do is explain why I was there! This guy keeps yelling I can't help you I have no one here. He tells me I need to leave are he's gonna call the law. I told him I will wait for the law. After sitting there for awhile I pulled out the receipt and got the phone and call to speak to the owner. After he realized it was me on the phone and told me to leave and hung up on me! So I stayed there and continued to wait on the law. After about 5mins he text my phone and apologize for snapping. So through text he ask what's the problem. Fast forward to today 4/17. I called to see about bringing my vehicle back in 4/18. He tells me I need to bring it back in today. I was trying to explain to him that I wasn't able to come today, he starts yelling he's very busy and I need to come today. I hope know one else has

We had a blowout in our RV on I75 just north of Tampa. Called Sundown and Tom answered immediately. Within 10 minutes of calling, Tom secured the right size tire, loaded it in his truck and was on his way to us. Talk about a hard working man. He changed that tire on the side of I75 with cars/trucks racing by at 70-100 miles and hour. It couldn't have been any hotter (middle of August in FL) and Tom had a brace on his knee. Neither of these factors prohibited him from getting the job done. Appreciate you Tom for getting us back on the road!

I had a flat on my RV (no spare) in my driveway, and Sundown picked up the phone and fielded my request on my first try! Tom quickly checked stock and agreed to help, promising to get back with a firm ETA shortly. He called back quickly, letting me know the mobile guys were headed the other way for a pressing job, and wouldn't get to me until later in the day. While I was able to find help a little faster, and ultimately didn't use Sundown for this job, their communication is a solid 10/10, price quoted was fair, and timeliness would have been perfectly acceptable (same day) since I was in a safe spot. Finding a company that promptly answers the phone these days is getting harder and harder, let alone one willing and able take on a job! While I can't attest, directly, to their work, I can champion their integrity, and highly recommend them based on that. If I need help again while I'm in the area, they'll be the first people I call.
